First we labeled all the objects that caught their attention.

mmmmmmmmmmmmm
Then we did some physical warm up to make it easier to focus again after the school day.
(rub your tummy and pat your head, pat your tummy and rub your head, etc.)

We also revised the story from the previous lesson (Jack and the beanstalk) with questions and answers.

After this we launched our plants project. First we found different stages of the development of  a bean plant.

We also introduced a game: whenever I clap, they have to clap too. The sooner they clap, the better. (This is to enhance concentration too.)

We played a game where they wrote letters on each other's back and they had to recognize the letter.

We concluded which plant phases are big, which ones are small.

Then we learned "bigger than, smaller than".

Next time we practise this to music:

A is bigger than G.
G is smaller than A.
